I don’t want to start a rapidshare/netload or another argument here, but I really don’t see any reason and I don’t understand why you guys are so obsessive with rapidshare and hate all other good upload/download sites.
For me I have a personal netload and shared rapidshare account.
As far as I see:
Rapid: 25 gb. donwload limit/5 days, netload no limit.
Rapid 100 mb. of uploads most, netload 400 mb. of uploads most.
Netload offers 16.000 kbs for premiums, I don’t know the limit in rapidshare but I am sure it is higher than netload. This does not affect me since I have 4096/1024 connection in my home and have a shared one in work, so always my expectations are done (with both sites). (As long as you don’t have a hyper download/upload bandwith like 20mbs, or more I don’t think this should affect you too.)
Netload 20 downloads+uploads at the same time, rapid (as far as I know) no limit. This is also not too much important since 20 is a reasonable amount.
So again, I really don’t see the point on supporting rapidshare which has more limits on general…. Although this is my opinion….

I know a lot of people want to have it on Rapid and do all the yelling, at the beginning I was one of them too. My solution was to buy premium, since everything else is free. Between rapid and Netload I will take nets speed anytime. I have downloaded at 1700 kbps, amazing.

Is it possible to upload on Rapidshare AND on netload ? because with netload, I download a movie in 30min, with Rapidshare I have many problems to download files.

Happy Birthday! =) Sometime ago i uploaded a movie for this site only had 40 odd downloads per file maybe it was the file i don’t know but some of the newer stuff Ive put up has over 500 downloads per file. Can only think the site is getting stronger and stronger congrats to the admin team and the uploaders =)
@tibox, i dont think many people are going to spend the time and upload something twice im sure some of the uploaders have fast upload speeds but then im sure some of them have slow upload speeds and help out when they can. That being said maybe people can upload faster on RS then any other host?. RS, MS,MU or netload it dont really matter the stuff is shared and someone is going to make a mirror of it.
As for ideas, maybe video steaming? i know theres bandwidth issue here or maybe site rips or each month etc a site is the favour of the month and the vids are uploaded under Categories —Site Rips— Site Name — Vids
idk just one idea of many, keep up the good work thou! =)

Give a try to other payment systems in netload maybe it could help.
You can always download as a free user generally most videos are 2-4 files fro netload, so it would be a pain but it would work somehow (slow and painful).

I’ll tell ya why we like rapidshare. Rapidshare has great download (and upload) speeds + 25gb is more than enough for me. Netload is a joke ok. I live in the states and i get like 10-15kb/sec from Netload…Fast, isn’t it? *sarcasm*

ahtung1, if you live in states and since netload is german born (like rapidshare but it is very new so I think all servers are in german) it is quite understandable why you get that speed. Another question, do you have a premium from netload?
Btw, nobody is expecting or trying to prove netload is faster or as fast as rapidshare, it is impossible to compare! We are just saying that it is ok for us (I live in europe) and at least it has no limit so I can download whatever I want without making calculations.
