    Bill, as far as I see azi and poet succeed to extract, so maybe there is again some corruption but can be rocovered.
    Please try the recover option in winRAR and you will get two new files with "fixed" prefixes in your drive, and try to extract from those files.
    If the error still exists please send me the whole log from winRAR console so that I could help more.
